Suggested Arrival/Departure:
Since we start the morning of Wednesday, April 8th and end on Thursday, April 9th, I recommend arriving in Sedona 1 day earlier on Tuesday, April 7th so you can settle in beforehand, and leaving Friday, April 10th so you can have space to integrate before leaving.
The closest airports to Sedona are:
- Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) – this is the closest major international airport to Sedona, about a 2 hour scenic drive to Sedona
- Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) – this is the closest small commercial airport to Sedona, about a 40-minute drive to Sedona

Sedona Airport (KSEZ) – no commercial airports fly out of this airport. Fly private or charter into Sedona.
Should I rent a car?
I definitely recommend it.
Are meals included?
The following meals are included:
1 Activating Dinner on 4/8.
1 Activating Leadership Lunch on 4/9.
There will be carnivore, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Are accommodations included?
Accommodations are not included. However, Sedona offers a range of boutique hotels and AirBnBs to suit your preferences.
What should I wear?
For hiking: Bring layers that you can peel off as needed. The hiking will be easy to moderate to the vortex sites. The weather can be slightly chilly during Spring (especially in the early morning and evening), but the sun during the day makes it feel much warmer. Day temperature ranges anywhere between 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit.
For ceremony and codex work: Wear your goddess gear and get ready to receive!
For Activating Dinner and Leadership Lunch: Wear what makes you feel radiant and powerful.
Where will we meet?
Our group activities will take place at: vortex sites, the ceremony will take place at a private sanctuary, and the Activating Dinner & Lunch will be at high end restaurants here in Sedona.
Final itinerary and restaurants with dates, times, & locations will be announced once your reservation is confirmed.
